Paul’s family and coworkers threw a party for him at his store, and made a special doughnut cake for the occasion. His manager also gave him the day off.
He is passionate about his job, saying:
I feel it in my heart. It’s my dream.
Caleb Watters, Director of Operations, said of Paul:
Paul has been a great asset and we are always looking for good people and when you find someone good like Paul, no matter what opportunities there are, we definitely want them to come work for us at Dunkin’ Donuts.
Paul said that he hopes he can work for Dunkin’ for another 30 years. We are so proud of Paul for his hard work, and for proving that individuals with Down syndrome can have long and fulfilling careers! Dunkin’ Donuts is lucky to have him.
