Dear Friend of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation,
Over the past months, the Jerome Lejeune Foundation has been busy advocating for those with Down syndrome. One of our recent achievements was the launch of a petition signed by over 34,000 people, demanding an apology from the United Nation’s Ben Achour, who stated that the UN should sanction abortion of children with Down syndrome.
But this month is especially important as we anticipate World Down Syndrome Day on March 21. To honor it, we are involved in four events and the launch of our new 21-day fundraising drive:
In the days leading up to World Down Syndrome Day, we are running a “21 Donors in 21 Days” campaign. Our goal is to attain 21 committed new monthly donors per week in the next three weeks. As we continue to advocate for those with Down syndrome, your steady support is more important than ever. Will you consider pledging a monthly gift? Your monthly commitment will have an immense impact on those with Down syndrome and their families. |
I’ll make a monthly gift of:
$15 | $25 | $100 | $250 |
We’d also love if you would be able to attend any of the following events:
|
Our goal in promoting and facilitating these events is to be a voice on behalf of those with Down syndrome. All the work that we have done and continue to do is due to the generosity of people like yourself.
Thank you for your generosity.
Warmest regards,
