Dear Friend of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation,
What truly matters in life?
The World Down Syndrome Day premiere of a lovely Jean Vanier film highlights important truths about Down syndrome. Though these are in reference to the film, the statements demonstrate the impact Down syndrome has in our world:
“It will cause you to rethink what truly matters in life.” — Sam Hailes, Premier Christianity |
“You will see friendships and love like no other.” – Emily Parker, Cross Rhythms |
“…turns the world upside down.” – Mary Wakefield, The Spectator |
The stars in the film ask a simple question: “Will you be my friend?” This is the question that each of us must explore. Do we want to be advocates for people with Down syndrome? I personally said ‘yes!’ and have never looked back.
I encourage you to become a friend of people with Down syndrome by joining our ‘21 monthly donors in 21 days’ campaign. March 21 – World Down Syndrome Day – is fast approaching. Please consider helping us reach our goal by becoming a monthly donor today!
I choose to be a friend today:
$10 | $25 | $50 | $100 |
Thank you,
P.S. There’s only one week left! Please consider donating today to the Jerome Lejeune Foundation to help care and advocate for people with Down syndrome!
