Dear Friend of the Jerome Lejeune Foundation,
Thank you for signing the petition to request that the United Nations Human Rights Committee’s Ben Achour issue an apology for his statements that supported aborting children with Down syndrome.
The Jerome Lejeune Foundation USA exists to further the work of the late Dr. Jerome Lejeune who discovered the cause of Down syndrome. The foundation focuses on the areas of care, scientific research, and advocacy – assisting in the development of healthcare services for children and adults with Down Syndrome, and educating and mobilizing people on the critical issues facing people with Down syndrome in the United States and beyond.
Our efforts to educate and raise awareness included launching this video, which has almost 90,000 views on YouTube. We believe that telling a story is one of the most powerful ways to reach people. Watch and share!
